Prepare the application to the Caisse Nationale de Santé (CNS) if you benefit from Care Insurance
Carry out installation, maintenance and after-sales service

4. Legal basis

Under Article 6 of the GDPR, the processing of your data is based on :

The performance of a contract (order, installation, after-sales service)
A legal obligation (invoicing, accounting, AEC file)

Otolift Trapliften BV (Netherlands), manufacturer of the stairlifts, for custom rail fabrication
The Caisse Nationale de Santé (CNS) and the AEC, only with your consent and within the Care Insurance dossier

6. Retention period

Quote requests not converted : 3 years
Customer data (completed installations) : 10 years after the end of the contract (Luxembourg legal obligation)
Accounting data and invoices : 10 years (Commercial Code)
Analytics cookies : 13 months maximum

Under Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, you have the following rights :
