An MPG technician measures your staircase with a 3D laser and assesses the best-suited solution. No commitment, no cost, typically within 48 hours of your request.
Quote & Care Insurance dossier
We provide a detailed AEC-compliant quote and prepare your application to the National Health Fund. 75 % of our installations receive financial support.
Custom rail manufacturing
After AEC approval, the rail is manufactured at the Otolift workshops in the Netherlands to the exact dimensions of your staircase. Standard lead time: 2 to 3 weeks.
Installation & training
Our certified technical team installs your stairlift in 2 to 6 hours depending on staircase complexity. We test the system with you and train all users before leaving.
How to choose the right model
Three criteria determine the solution best suited to your situation. Our technician walks you through each during the home visit, but here is a summary.
The staircase type
Straight, curved, spiral? The rail adapts. The Otolift Modul-Air Smart (60 mm monorail, the most compact in the world) covers straight stairs and most curves. The Otolift Two double-rail is designed for tight curves and spiral staircases.
Required capacity
Capacity: 125 kg for the Modul-Air Smart, 130 kg for the Two — with a 150 kg option (widened seat) on the Two. If the primary user weighs more than 125 kg, mention it during the visit — we will point you to the right model.
Aesthetics & footprint
The seat folds (cushion, armrests, footrest) to free the staircase when the lift is not in use. Available colours: taupe, cream white, blue, bordeaux, midnight blue, chestnut, pearl white. The handrail can usually be kept.
